Secure Pay helps protect your account by sending instant push notifications through your banking mobile application when a transaction requires your approval.

Before approving any request, carefully check that you recognize the transaction and that you initiated it yourself. Never approve an unexpected or unfamiliar transaction request.

Rejecting unknown approval requests can help prevent fraudulent transactions before they occur and provides an additional layer of protection when using digital banking services.

If you receive an approval request for a transaction you did not initiate, reject the request and contact Ajman Bank immediately.
