Ramadan campaign terms & conditions

  • Offer Period: 1st March to 30th April 2025..
  • Minimum spend to qualify for the campaign should be AED 5,000/- per month per customer during the campaign period.
  • Maximum cashback cap is AED 200 per month at a customer level.
  • Offer is valid on Eligible Ajman Bank Bright Credit Cards on domestic spends to qualify for cash back on grocery purchases.
  • Spends made on Supplementary Cards attached to the qualifying Cardholder will be included towards determining the total qualifying spends. Reversals, refunds or disputed purchases during the offer period will not be included in the qualifying spend
  • Cash advance, Easy Cash, Balance transfers and Installment Payment Plans will not be considered as an eligibility for the minimum spend.
  • Cash back will be credited on all* Grocery, Hypermarket and Supermarket Merchant Category Codes (MCC) within the United Arab Emirates as per the below list:
    • 5411 - Grocery Stores and Supermarkets • 5422 - Freezer and Locker Meat Provisioners • 5441 - Candy, Nut, and Confectionery Stores • 5451 - Dairy Product Stores • 5462 – Bakeries • 5499 - Miscellaneous Food Stores – Convenience Stores and Specialty Markets • 5921 - Package Stores *MCC’s defined as per Mastercard Merchant List, any Merchants which are not part of the list will not be included for cashback.
  • Cash back will be credited within 45 days from last day of the offer period and winners will be notified accordingly.
  • Ajman Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the campaign if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the campaign or otherwise by use of the Card
  • Ajman Bank staff are not eligible for any rewards.
  • Customers whose card is cancelled or terminated for any reason not be eligible for the offer
  • Card should be in active status for cash back pay-out.
  • Bank discretion to purchases the rewards from its approved vendors will be final.
  • Bank’s decision with regard to Customer eligibility will be final and binding.
  • Customer data collected during this campaign will be used solely for the purpose of campaign ution and reporting. The Bank strictly adheres to confidentiality and data protection standards.
  • The Bank reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign by providing the customers with 60 days’ prior written notification before any changes take place.

  • In the event of any disputes regarding eligibility or campaign benefits, customers may contact the Bank complaints unit via phone 600555522 or info@ajmanbank.ae. Disputes will be resolved in line with the Bank’s Complaint resolution policy.
