Ramadan Digital Acquisition with 200% Cash Back Campaign Terms & Conditions

  • This offer is applicable only for new Ajman bank covered credit cards applied through Ajman Bank Digital Application from 1st February 2026 until 31st March 2026
  • Customer applying for this campaign needs to enter “Ramadan”” as promo code to avail welcome bonus offer (Ramadan campaign)
  • Credit cards applied digitally will get 200% cashback on the first retail transaction amount performed within 30 days from the credit card issuance date subject to maximum cashback amount cap of 500/-
  • Customers must activate and spend on retail (at point of sale) or online purchases within 30 days from card issuance date to get 200% cashback.
  • In case of multiple cards under one customer, then only one card with earliest first transaction amount performed will qualify for promotional cashback offer.
  • Promotional cashback will be credited to eligible active card account after 120 days after the campaign period by 31st July 2026 subject to customer meeting the required spend criteria within specified time.
  • Any customer who closed Ajman Bank credit card after 31st July 2025 and is reapplying for a new Ajman Bank Credit card will not be eligible for cash back.
  • Cash advance, Easy Cash, Balance transfers, Installment Payment Plans and utility payments made directly through Ajman Bank Mobile Application will not be considered as an eligibility for the minimum spend.
  • Delinquent or blocked Card customers at the time of reward fulfillment will not be eligible for this offer. Card should be in active status for cash back pay-out.
  • Migrated/Upgraded existing Ajman bank credit card will not be part of the promotional cashback offer.
  • Any dispute regarding the promotional cashback offer must be raised on or before 31 August 2026. Claims submitted after this date will not be accepted. Promotional cashback offer can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice at the sole discretion of Ajman Bank.
  • Reversals, refunds or disputed purchases during the offer period will not be included in the qualifying cost.
  • Ajman Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the campaign if any fraudulent activity is identified as being conducted for the purpose of availing the benefits under the campaign or otherwise by use of the Card.
  • Customers whose card is cancelled or terminated for any reason are not eligible for the offer.
  • Bank’s decision regarding Customer eligibility will be final and binding.
  • Based on the campaign performance, business will extend the campaign post necessary internal approval.
