Safe Card Practices

  • Keep your card information confidential and never share your card details, CVV (Card Verification Value), or PIN (Personal Identification Number) with anyone.
  • Memorize your PIN and avoid writing it down or sharing it with others.
  • Change your PIN at least every 6 months to ensure there is no misuse.
  • Avoid using simple passwords or numbers associated with personal dates.
  • Regularly monitor your card statements for any unauthorized transactions. If you noticed any unfamiliar activity, report it immediately to our customer support by calling 80022.
  • Only use trusted and secure websites when making your online purchases. Look for the padlock symbol and “https://” in the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) before entering your card information.
  • Keep your contact details (E.g. Mobile number and email address) up to date to ensure you can receive important alerts and notifications related to your account and card activity.
  • If you misplace your card or suspect it has been stolen, act immediately and report it by calling 80022 to block your card and prevent unauthorized usage.
  • Cautiously enter the PIN at an ATM (Automated Teller Machine) or POS (Point of Sale) terminal to ensure they are not being observed.
