Ajman Bank wins “Best in Class Call Center: Less than 25 seats” Award

Ajman – United Arab Emirates. Monday, Dec, 14th 2015: Ajman Bank’s call center has been named the Best-in-Class Call Center at the2nd Annual Middle East Call Centre Awards distributing ceremony which formed part of the IQPC’s Middle East Call Centre Summit.

 Ajman Bank competed in the category for Best in Class Call Centre with some of well-known companies in the UAE, where it was voted the winner and claimed the first prize for 2015.

 In response to the award, Mohamed Amiri, CEO of Ajman Bank, said: “The year 2015 was a track record for Ajman Bank in term of awards, achievements and excellence in the services provided to customers, the Bank had also achieved remarkable growth and high profits during this year compared to previous years." He added: "Getting the "Best in Class Call Centre" award is a strong evidence on the success of our business management strategy, our acquisition of distinct operating systems in addition to the operational infrastructure we have developed and which is one of our top priorities.”

 On the other hand, Mr. Hisham Hammoud, Chief Business Officer, said: “The Middle East Call Centre Awards are among the most highly valued in the region’s call center sector. Ajman Bank’s call center was judged to be the “Best-in-Class Call Center” based on a multitude of parameters, from its ability to demonstrate operational excellence, manage high call volumes without compromising customer service, display leadership in employee engagement, motivation and retention and the usage of technology in its operations.” He added: “This award is latest in a string of accolades Ajman Bank has received this year, which resembles a proof on Ajman Bank’s strong position among the banks operating in the country, therefore, and in order to maintain this position, we will continue our efforts and our quest for more and more of these awards until we achieve our ultimate goal, which customers’ satisfactory."
