Active Week, Remarkable Contributions

Last week was a very active week at Ajman Bank, the official Islamic Bank in the Emirate of Ajman, and the winner of the “Fastest Growing Bank in the United Arab Emirates" and the “Fastest Growing Bank in the Middle East" 2015 Awards by the Banker Middle East Magazine, as it had organized and contributed in many national events and activities, in-conjunction to the official initiatives and in-accordance to the government directives that were launched during that week.

Ajman Bank had celebrated the “National Sports Day" by organizing a "Vertical Marathon" competition on Wednesday, November 25^th, in the bank’s HQ. The event was appreciated by the employees from both genders, it gave them the chance to experience the thrill of competing and challenging one another, in a joyful and peaceful way, which represent the role sports play in enhancing the communication and sharing skills among people and encouraging everyone to unleash their positive energy, as it is the source of happiness and optimism.

Ajman Bank had also celebrated the UAE 44^th National Day on Thursday, November 26^th, in the presence of HH Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Deputy Chairman of the Bank's board of directors, with a special ceremony that reflected the authentic spirit of the Emirati heritage seen its tents, public food, national songs and the unique smell of the bokhour. The winners of the” Vertical Marathon" race were honored by meeting HH Sheikh Rashid, he handed over the awards and certificates to them during the celebration.

Mr. Mohamed Amiri - CEO of Ajman Bank, commented on the Bank’s contributions saying: “Ajman Bank was always keen to be superior in participating in all national events and activities, by which the bank confirm its commitment towards the society and shows its continuous support to all initiatives launched by the government, not to mention the importance of the national occasions to the bank”.
