AJMAN BANK LADIES CONCIERGE SERVICE
IMC will provide concierge services for all ladies customers as per the services listed below: -

1. CONCIERGE SERVICES
1. Delivery of documents or parcels up to 20 kgs*1
2. Pickup and delivery of flower | Cake | chocolate
3. Purchase and delivery of gifts such as perfumes and other gift articles*2*4
4. Purchase and delivery of Books | watches | Electronics | Mobiles etc *2*3
5. Laundry service delivery
6. Water electricity and telephone payments
7. Car rentals (chargeable)
8. Organize insurance services
9. Overseas gift delivery*5
10. Hotel and Restaurant bookings
11. Spa & saloon bookings
*1 Government and legal services or PRO services will not be entertained at the Concierge services. For parcels maximum allowed weight is 20 kgs per transaction.
*2 Purchase and delivery of gifts on behalf of the customer is limited to AED 5000 per transaction. The customer must pay the money in advance to IMC personnel in order to purchase the item. A receipt will be issued to the customer upon acceptance of the money. Only cash or cheque will be accepted for this purpose and cheques are subject to realization.
*3 At any circumstance IMC will not accept any transaction over the value of AED 5,000.00 per transaction.
*4 a detailed description and specific on the brand must be provided to the Concierge for the purchase of the gift article on behalf of the customer.
*5 Overseas gift deliveries are through Sentiment Express and to limited destinations only and for selected items, flowers and chocolates only.
** Only 3 requests per month will be accommodated per member.

2. Deliveries and undeliverable
Shipments can not be delivered to PO boxes, a complete address of he consignee must be provided to concierge for deliveries. The contents of the shipment will be full responsibility of the shipper and must be declared to IMC at the time of the dispatch, IMC or concierge service will not be responsible for the contents incase of wrong declaration.

3. Inspection
IMC concierge has the right to open and inspect a shipment without prior notice to the shipper incase of the situation warrants.

4. IMC’s liability
IMC contracts with shipper on the basis that IMC’s liability is strictly limited to direct loss only. All other types of damages are excluded (including but not limited to lost profits, income, interest, future business), whether such loss or damage is special or indirect, and even if the risk of such loss or damage was brought to IMC’s attention before or after acceptance of the shipment as the shipper can insure special risks.
IMC’s liability in respect of any one shipment transported, without prejudice is limited to its actual cash value and shall not exceed the greater of AED 5,000.00. The claims are limited to one claim per shipment settlement of which will be full and final settlement for all loss or damage in connection there with.

5. Time limits for claims
All claims must be submitted in writing to IMC within 48 hours from the time of delivery, failing which IMC shall have no liability whatsoever.

6. Shipment insurance
IMC can arrange the insurance for shipper covering the actual cash value in respect of loss of or physical damage to the shipment, provided the shipper pays the premium, which will be 2.5% of the value of the shipment.

7. Delayed shipments
IMC will make every reasonable effort to deliver the shipment according to the time lines specified. However IMC is not liable for any damages or loss caused by delays.

8. Circumstances beyond IMC’s control
IMC is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of circumstances beyond IMC’s control. These include but are not limited to “Act of God” – e.g. earthquake, cyclone, storm, flood, fog, “force majeure” e.g. war, embargo, anty defect or characteristic related to the nature of the shipment, any act or omission by a person not employed or contracted by IMC.
9. Shippers warranties and indemnity
Shipper shall indemnify and hold IMC harmless for any loss or damage arising out of shipper’s failure to comply with any applicable laws or regulations and for shipper’s breach of any warranties or representations.

10. Severability
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect any other part of these Terms and Conditions.

2. PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF AIR TICKETS
Ajman Bank members can call IMC and request for a purchase and delivery of air tickets from any travel agency in UAE. The tickets will be picked up and dropped off with in city limits only.
The customers must use their Ajman Bank credit cards in order to avail this service. Purchase and delivery of air tickets on behalf of the customer is limited to AED 5000 per transaction. The customer must pay the money in advance to IMC personnel in order to purchase the item. A receipt will be issued to the customer upon acceptance of the money. Only cash or cheque will be accepted for this purpose and cheques are subject to realization.

3. AIRPORT PICK & DROP SERVICE
Ajman Bank members can call IMC and request for a free airport pick and drop service. A minimum of 48 hours reservation is required prior the flight to avail this service. This service is limited within city limits and 1 request per month per customer.

4. FREE ENTRY TO MARHABA LOUNGE
Ajman Bank members can call IMC and request for a free Marhaba Lounge service at Dubai Airport only. A minimum of 48 hours reservation is required prior the flight to avail this service.  IMC will make the reservations at Marhaba Lounge on behalf of the customer. The customer cannot use this service directly by walking into Marhaba Lounge situated at the Airport. This service is limited to 1 request per month per customer.
5. FREE ENTRY TO MARHABA MEET AND GREET SERVICE
Ajman Bank members can call IMC and request for a free Marhaba meet and greet service at Dubai Airport only. A minimum of 48 hours reservation is required prior the flight to avail this service. IMC will make the reservations at Marhaba Desk on behalf of the customer. The customer cannot use this service directly by walking into Marhaba Desk situated at the Airport. This service is limited to 1 request per month per customer.
6. CAR REGISTRATION RENWAL SERVICE
Ajman Bank members can call IMC and request for Vehicle registration renewal service. Only one complimentary service per year is applicable to one car per member. In order to avail the vehicle registration renewal service, the member must provide the documents and information required by the traffic department. The customer is also responsible for the settlement of all traffic fines and other traffic department charges.
IMC will collect the vehicle key and documents from the member from a single location as mutually agreed. The vehicles will be collected only from the city in which they are registered and the renewal service is applicable for a single attempt only. In the case of failure in passing the car on inspection, the car will be returned with the comments from the inspection office. The service will only be provided once a year and any subsequent services are not free of charge, however the customer can avail the services at a nominal fee of AED 250.00 per additional runs. The vehicle registration renewal service does not apply to export, sale or transfer of vehicles nor does it apply to any commercial vehicles or motor cycles.
 
This service requires a minimum of 48 hours prior notification and the reservation is subject to availability.
 
7. PICK UP & DROP OFF SERVICE FOR THE REGULAR CAR CHECK UP SERVICE AT APPROVED CAR DEALERS ACROSS UAE.
Ajman Bank members can call IMC and request for a pick up and drop off for a car service at approved car dealers across U.A.E. on their behalf. IMC service agent will acquire all required information and arrange the pick- up as per members request. 
This service requires a minimum of 48 hours prior notification and the member has to book their appointment with the respective car dealer in advance to avail this facility.

AJMAN BANK VALET SERVICE
1. IMC will provide valet parking at all Valtrans locations mentioned below.
2. Ajman Bank customer has to present their credit card at valet booth present at the location to avail this service.
3. This service is not available at VIP booths at all locations.
4. The locations can be revised or modified without prior notice.
5. Valtrans reserves the right to use of free parking if approved credit card is not shown while availing the service.

AJMAN BANK HEALTH CLUB – LADIES FITNESS CENTERS
Ajman Bank Ladies banking customers will have free access to the health club facilities at Dubai Ladies Club & Sharjah Ladies Club.  The cardholder has to present theor valid credit card at the location to avail this service. Only 10 members will be allowed per location each day.

·         The memberships entitle the first 10 Ajman Bank Ladies Banking Account Holders a day to visit the health club and use its facilities.
·         Serenity day spa by Paris Gallery is to ensure that the staffs are aware of the membership scheme.
·         Members are entitled to use the following facilities: Cardiovascular & Resistance Training Areas, Gym, Relaxation areas, Gym Wet Areas & Aerobic classes.
·         Member’s procedure: Each member must present the owned Ajman bank credit card to the Serenity Spa cashier counter for identification and service notification. The same card must be presented at Serenity gym reception for identification and a signature of the member participant will be requested.

·         Ajman Bnk Members must produce their membership cards upon entering the clubs premises
·         Only 10 members may access the premises at any given time
·         Use of the membership card by any person other than the member shall lead to termination of the member’s membership.
·         10 % discount on spa and salon
·         Membership Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
 
Sharjah Ladies Club:

·         Benefits & Conditions of use:
·         The memberships entitle the first 10 Ajman Bank Ladies Banking Account Holders a day to visit the health club and use its facilities.
·         Unlimited access to fitness center (7 days a week)
·         Free use of steam and sauna
·         10 % discount on spa and salon
·         Discounted rates on Personal Training and Group Fitness classes
·         No access to the Pool and Beach
·         It is mandatory to have a fitness assessment done for first time users of the healthclub. An assessment fee of AED 200 (discounted rate) is charged to the cardholder by Sharjah Ladies Club. This is a onetime assessment charge only.
